One of the founding members of the SFC Network, Cambridge Sustainable Food Partnership Board celebrated its 5th Birthday in 2019 with a complete revamp of their brand, a new website and new-look social media.

Recent highlights of their inspiring SFC journey include both a Sustainable Food Policy and a Food Poverty Action Plan for the City, high impact Sugar Smart and Veg Cities campaigns and it's work with businesses to reduce food waste.

The role and importance of Cambridge Sustainable Food’s partnership and programme has achieved greater and greater Council recognition, leading to its close involvement in the City’s Climate Change Strategy and the creation of a new post of Lead Councillor for Sustainable Food. Unsurprising then, that they have their sights set firmly on Silver as we enter the next exciting phase of the Sustainable Food Cities journey.

So, from all of us in the SFC staff team and, no doubt, all the members of the Network, congratulations on everything you have achieved to date and we look forward to working with (and being inspired by!) you in the months and years ahead.
