TUKFS X SFP

Euston, London
24/11/2026 09:00 16:00

This workshop will bring together Sustainable Food Places (SFP) members and researchers from the Transforming UK Food Systems (TUKFS) programme to explore how the knowledge, relationships and innovations developed through TUKFS can shape and support impact across the UK's local food systems.

The event will create opportunities for dialogue between research and practice, strengthen relationships between food partnerships and academics, and support the practical application of research findings within local food systems.

Framing question for the day:

How can research and local action come together to accelerate the transformation of UK food systems over the next decade?

As well as interactive sessions led by academics from City University London, University of Cambridge, Plymouth University and the University of Oxford, there will be an opportunity to shape future research priorities and embed leading evidence into local food action plans.

This event is designed for SFP members and food system researchers.

Free refreshments and lunch will be provided.
