SFP CAPACITY BUILDING SESSION: DEVOLUTION AND REGIONAL WORKING

As the English Devolution and Community Empowerment Bill (which received Royal Assent on April 26th) beds in, this session brings together learning from:

1. Our Regional Cohort Strategy has supported SFP members that are coalescing in their regions to deepen this work, and reflect on it together.  Learnings from diverse Regional Cohorts across England will share their approaches, their learning and routes to impact
2. An SFP toolkit, developed by Elta Smith, which identifies the policy levers that have been created through this bill

In an age of increasing decentralisation, this session will empower our members to engage with food systems policy and practice at nested scales (local, regional, national) and define SFP's regional approach for the future.
