Peni Ediker has a successful market garden and soft fruit orchard business near Whitland in Carmarthenshire. Her success lies in her relationship with microbiology in the soil. Peni Grows abundant crops using regenerative farming techniques, making inoculated compost and bio fertilisers.
Peni will teach how to make an inoculated compost heap as well as how to make an indigenous microbe soil improver.
