Good Food Lewisham and Lewisham Local invites you to a webinar with Andrea Zick who leads sustainability projects at the OXO Tower Restaurant, Bar and Brasserie and is a Guardians of Grub Ambassador ever since the business started their own food waste reduction projects. She will share their experience using the Guardians of Grub tool box to reduce their food waste by 50% since starting that journey. Andrea is a member of the Good Food Lewisham Steering Group.
This workshop is aimed at catering companies, hospitality and food businesses in Lewisham .
The Guardians of Grub programme is a free of charge tool box and training for all catering organisations.
